Undocument is an episodic feature, following four stories of longing & love, immigration and identity. The vision of an Iranian and a European director, dealing with the complex theme of illegal immigration or ‘undocumented migrants.’ Each story is set at a different stage of the migrants’ journey, in three different countries: Iran, Greece and England.
Kyla Simone-Bruce is an award-winning writer and director based in London. She has a background in video art, and is a graduate of the Glasgow School of Art and London Film School. UNDOCUMENT is her first feature.
Amin Bakhshian first worked as.an assistant director on short films and TV dramas in Iran before turning to filmmaking. He is a graduate of the London Film School. UNDOCUMENT is his first feature.
